Assessment of results for milk products

Assessment of results for milk products

Maelkeritidende 99(25): 586-588

Sensory evaluation of milk products was carried out at the Danish National Dairy Exhibition, Herning, in 1986. The 3 groups of products tested were cultured products, yoghurts and other products (drinking yoghurt, UHT milks, desserts and puddings). Overall quality (appearance/texture and flavour/odour) was better than in 1985. Quality of cultured milks varied widely.
