Association of isoperoxidases with microspore differentiation in plants

Phytomorphology 36(1-2): 117-120

Anodic isoperoxidases were localized at various stages of micro and megasporogenesis in two dioecious (Carica papaya and Dioscorea composita) and one monoecious (Ricinus communis) angiosperms. Some isoperoxidases are unique to meiosis involved in differentiation of the microspores.
