In this book, 14 families of Australasian parasitic Hymenoptera of the superfamily Chalcidoidea are reviewed, with brief surveys of the biology, morphology and distribution of the group and a key to all chalcidoid families. A key to genera is given for each family, and in each genus the species known to occur in the Australasian Region have been reclassified.
