Automated determination of nitrogen in soil and leaf using modified procedure of salicylate-hypochlorite method

A modified salicylate-hypochlorite method for the automated determination of nitrogen in soil and leaf is described. Comparison of results with the manual distillation method suggests that the modified method is accurate and precise.
