Beef production project. Results from the part dealing with young bulls

The project is currently being carried out in Switzerland, the aim being to compare fattening and carcass performance of cows, young bulls and calves in the 4 main Swiss cattle breeds and their crossbreds. Brief reports have already appeared in this and other Swiss journals. This paper gives detailed results for young bulls only. Results are presented in 9 tables and 6 diagrams.
