Comparison of ELISA with serum agglutination and complement fixation tests in the diagnosis of bovine brucellosis

Comparison of ELISA with serum agglutination and complement fixation tests in the diagnosis of bovine brucellosis

Clinica Veterinaria 109(2): 146-149

Parallel testing of 1188 serum samples from cattle showed that the specificity and sensitivity of ELISA for brucellosis were about the same as those of SAT and CFT. In all cases a micromethod was used.
