Comparison of different methods for estimation of heritability in broad sense



Journal of Agricultural Research, Pakistan 23(1): 1-4



Seed yield per plant and 8 related characters were studied in 1980 in 6 varieties of Vigna radiata and the F1 and F2 of 4 crosses among them. Heritability was estimated using the methods of (1) Mahmud & Kramer, (2) Allard and (3) Weber.
