, : Control of Ailanthus webworm Atteva fabriciella Swed by chemical insecticides in plantations. Indian Forester 113(2): 147-149

Foliar sprays of Sevin 50WP and Sumicidin (fenvalerate), both at 0.01 and 0.02%, and water (control) were applied to infested plants of Ailanthus excelsa in a 1-yr-old plantation in the Mohand Range Larvae of Atteva fabriciella on 10 randomly selected plants per treatment were counted before and 48 h after spraying. Counts of larvae killed per plant were adjusted to allow for differences in pre-treatment numbers.
