Control of biological purity of maize grains using isoenzyme electrophoresis
Comparison of isozyme banding patterns in inbred and hybrid coleoptile tissue extracts on the one hand and in hybrid grains on the other was found to provide a reliable and rapid method of controlling purity in hybrid seed lots.
