Control of lesion nematode on seedlings of su-babool, Leucaena leucocephala with systemic nematicides

Young seedlings are severely attacked by the lesion nematode, Pratylenchus spp. The effects of 4 systemic carbamates were tested on the growth and development of seedlings from seed sown in containers in 500 ml sterilized soil inoculated with 10 000 P. zeae. Seedlings were raised under greenhouse conditions.
