Control of spiral nematode on rice

, : Control of spiral nematode on rice. International Rice Research Newsletter 11(6): 28

In a pot experiment, DBCP at 12 litres/ha was most effective in reducing Helicotylenchus abunaamai on Annapurna var. seedlings. Phorate at 2 or 4 kg ai/ha, carbofuran at 4 kg ai/ha, and DBCP at 6 litres/ha reduced populations to below the inoculum level.
