In a field trial in 1981-85 with maize grown continuously, N (100 kg), NP, NK, NPK and N (200 kg) + PK were applied in 1971-80 (except 1976) and N (200 kg) + PK with a trace element mixture, S + P, basal Mo or additional Mo was applied in 1977-80. Residual effects were examined in 1976 and 1981-85.
