Dairy foods education in member countries of the International Dairy Federation

This paper reviews education in dairy foods in IDF member countries in general terms, using examples from different countries and drawing on the work of IDF Group F14 - Dairy Education. In addition, dairy foods education is summarized for Norway, New Zealand, Denmark, France and the UK.
