Data are given on TS, total protein, whey protein, casein, non-protein N, IgG, amino acids and minerals (K, Na, Ca, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn) in colostrum and milk obtained at various stages of lactation from cows of the Hungaro-Friesian B genotype (50% Jersey, 25% Hungarian Pied, 25% Holstein-Friesian) and cows of similar genotypes but with Jersey or Holstein-Friesian sires (62.5% J, 31.2% HF, 6.3% HP, or 62.5% HF, 25% J, 12.5% HP).
