Journal of the Korean Society for Horticultural Science 26(4): 299-303

Five Chinese cabbage cultivars were compared with regard to quality characteristics. The early Naebyung 60 Days contained significantly more vitamin C than the others, particularly at harvest (36.8 mg/100 g fresh weight). Yields of harvested heads for Naebyung 60 Days, Raseosamgye, Olympic, Wonwoo 1 and Miho 70 Days were 3249, 5589, 4449, 5445 and 5025 kg/10a, respectively.
