Effects of culture filtrates of Fusarium oxysporum on growth of asparagus cells in vitro

Effects of culture filtrates of Fusarium oxysporum on growth of asparagus cells in vitro

Proceedings of the sixth international asparagus symposium: 379-384

Cell suspension cultures were grown in a modified Murashige & Skoog medium containing 30% F. oxysporum f. sp. asparagi culture filtrate. Cells of clones 354A and 56 grown in this medium had 26 and 35%, respectively, of the dry weight of cells grown in medium lacking the filtrate.
