Effects of fertilizer application on the quality and yield of wheat

Journal of Agricultural Sciences, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences 3(3): 31-38

In field trials in 1982-86, wheat was given 0-17.5 kg N/mu as a basal dressing with or without side dressings of 5 kg up to floret initiation, 3.1 kg at pistil and stamen differentiation and 2.5 kg at heading, was given organic and inorganic N in various ratios from 0:10 to 7:3 or was given FYM only and was given combinations of 0-18 kg N and 0-12.7 kg P2O5/mu.
