Hemosiderin in leukocytes of dogs with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia


, : Hemosiderin in leukocytes of dogs with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia. Veterinary Clinical Pathology 15(3): 8-10

Haemosiderin granules were identified in blood neutrophils and monocytes of three dogs. The brownish granules were 1-4 micro m in diameter and stained positively for iron with Prussian blue stain.
