Improving the microclimate in animal houses by using electrical ionization (ozone generation)

By using an ozone generator operating at 10 kv and 5 watts, developed by the Russian Research Institute for Agricultural Mechanization, it was possible to reduce the ammonia content of piggery air by 30% and the microbial count by 25%.
