Personality characteristics of tennis players

, : Personality characteristics of tennis players. International Journal of Sport Psychology 17(5): 375-389

The Lavoegie auto-estimation test was used to create a personality profile of 112 tennis players. The analysis of results showed that the socialization level is not higher in tennis players than in sedentary people, and is lower than in other sports, but tennis players reveal a higher energy and dynamism level, are more self confident, more ambitious and more optimistic.
