Quantitative estimation of paraquat by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using a monoclonal antibody

, : Quantitative estimation of paraquat by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using a monoclonal antibody. Clinica Chimica Acta 148(2): 149-156

The antibodies raised against paraquat-bovine serum albumin used in a previously described method were replaced by murine paraquat-specific monoclonal antibodies. The horse-radish peroxidase was coupled with rabbit anti-mouse IgG rather than goat anti-rabbit IgG. The measurable range by the method so modified was 0.8-50 micro g/litre of paraquat in serum.
