The paper suggests that the financial aspects and opportunities of improving tourism-related facilities in the East Caribbean region has far greater implications than simply finding money to finance the required development. If these loans or grants are to be attracted, and, more importantly, meaningful and long term development be brought about, it is imperative that the required constructive planning be considered and implemented.
