Three Capillaria nematodes from the intestine of dormice in France. Relationships with a Capillaria from the stomach of wild boars

Bulletin du Museum National d' Histoire Naturelle, A Zoologie, Biologie et Ecologie Animales 9(3): 579-604

Capillaria recovered from wild boars in France was identified as C. myoxinitelae originally described from Eliomys quercinus. In order to confirm this identification, 7 specimens of this rodent and 4 boars were examined. C. myoxinitelae was found in the stomach of boars and in the duodenum and small intestine of E. quercinus; parasites from both hosts are figured and additional morphological details are provided.
