Threshold concentration of organic acids as a factor in fodder preservation

Threshold concentration of organic acids as a factor in fodder preservation

Sel' skokhozyaistvennaya Biologiya (9): 52-54

Ensiling experiments with maize grain and green lucerne of different moisture content showed that the threshold concentration of organic acids in the liquid fraction of fodder is the limiting factor in the fermentation of dried raw material.
