When applied at 50 p.p.m., the insect growth regulators diflubenzuron, teflubenzuron, flufenoxuron and CGA-184699 (of unstated composition) had little or no effect on eggs of grape pests Eupoecilia ambiguella and Lobesia botrana in the laboratory. At higher concentrations, CGA-184699 and flufenoxuron were a little over 50% active against the eggs.
