A note on the crystallization of foot-and-mouth disease virus

A note on the crystallization of foot-and-mouth disease virus

Current Science, India 58(9): 495-496

Aphthovirus serotypes O, A, C, and Asia 1 were crystallized. Type O crystals were hexagonal bipyramids 0.03 mm long and 0.02 mm in diameter; types A and C were elongated needles measuring 0.21 mm in length and 0.24 mm across; type Asia 1 crystals were rectangular and square plates of 0.03 mm.
