A note on the effect of various levels of nitrogen on growth and yield of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.)

N as urea was applied at 0, 50, 100 or 150 kg/ha with P + K basal dressing, each at 60 kg/ha. Data are tabulated on plant height, number of leaves/plant, leaf length and width, number of fingers/rhizome, weight of rhizome, and total yield.
