A plea for a new concept of economic viability in agricultural inheritance law

A plea for a new concept of economic viability in agricultural inheritance law

Agrarrecht 20(1): 1-14

The effect of this situation on GFR agricultural inheritance law, which requires a viable farm to be passed on to a single heir, is discussed.
