A potentiometric method of iodine determination in soils



Agrokhimiya 3: 100-104



Various methods are available for determining iodine levels in the soil, including potentiometric titration using an iodine-selective elecrode and a kinetic rhodanide-nitric method. The potentiometric method is described in detail and the data obtained are compared with those resulting from the use of the kinetic method, with reference to a range of 18 soil samples.
