A preliminary study of variability of Xanthomonas campestris pv. citri in Fujian

A preliminary study of variability of Xanthomonas campestris pv. citri in Fujian

Journal of Fujian Agricultural College 16(3): 205-213

In a study of morphological, physiological, biochemical and serological characters, phage susceptibility and pathogenicity, with XC 25 and XC 29 (from Japan) and XC 31 (from Nanjing, China) as controls, all 28 strains of X. campestris pv. citri isolated in Fujian, China, belonged to the most virulent pathotype A, but with some variation in pathogenicity.
