Aflatoxin contamination of groundnuts with special reference to Sudan and some Caribbean countries

, : Aflatoxin contamination of groundnuts with special reference to Sudan and some Caribbean countries. Aflatoxin contamination of groundnut: proceedings of the International Workshop, 6-9 Oct 1987, ICRISAT Center, India: 245-253

Results from postharvest surveys performed in groundnut-growing areas of Sudan and Caribbean countries are summarized. None of the samples collected from farm households in 2 regions of Sudan, a rainfed area (El Obeid) and an irrigated area (Wad Medani) for the crop year 1983-84, contained >15 micro g/kg aflatoxin.
