, : Aflatoxin production by Aspergillus parasiticus on seeds and cakes of Brassica cultivars under varied moisture and temperature regime. Current Science, India 57(15): 846-848

The effect of temperature and moisture on aflatoxin production by A. parasiticus growing on rape and mustard seeds and cakes was investigated. Seeds of 3 varieties of rape and mustard, T-15 (B. juncea), T-59 (B. juncea) and Sangam (B. campestris var. toria) were tested. A moisture regime of 30-40% RH facilitated production of B1, B2, G1 and G2 aflatoxins on seeds and cakes of the 3 varieties.
