, : Age-related changes in the composition of the food and the daily feeding rhythm of Nototheniops tchizh tchizh in the Lena Bank region (Indian Ocean sector of the Southern Ocean). Journal of Ichthyology 28(2): 86-92

The feeding of various age groups of Nototheniops tchizh tchizh was studied (standard length 23 to 139 mm). An analysis was made of 179 fish. Juveniles up to 70 mm fed exclusively on zooplankton. Benthic organisms, found in larger fish, accounted for 21% by weight and by frequency of occurrence.
