Agrarian neocolonialism. An attempt at a critical analysis

, : Agrarian neocolonialism. An attempt at a critical analysis. Agrarnyi neokolonializm Opyt kriticheskogo analiza: 214pp.

Analysis of agricultural development aid by Western industrial countries leads to the thesis that a new type of colonialism has been created. This is illustrated from the examples of the development policy activities of the USA, the UK, the GFR and Japan. The book emphasizes the role of the World Bank which can lay down more efficient programmes than individual countries but which is also used to advance the theory and practice of neocolonialism.
