Agreement of the distribution of genotypic classes for downy mildew resistance in a Vitis amurensis Rupr. population with the Hardy-Weinberg law

, : Agreement of the distribution of genotypic classes for downy mildew resistance in a Vitis amurensis Rupr. population with the Hardy-Weinberg law. Geneticheskie osnovy selektsii na immunitet plodovykh, yagodnykh kul' tur i vinograda: 88-94

In a study of random samples in the F1 from open pollination of V. amurensis in 2 regions of its natural area of distribution in the Primor'e (Maritime) area of the Soviet Far East, a high frequency of the recessive allele of the gene controlling resistance to Plasmopara viticola was found. In the F2 from open pollination of highly resistant F1 plants, the ratio of resistant to susceptible plants was 5 : 1 (with a reduction in the frequency of the recessive allele by a factor of 1.5).
