The issue of certification is a topic of continuing debate in the field of outdoor leadership preparation. The study examined the opinions of international experts from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand regarding this issue. As expected, the descriptive results showed that a majority opinion was not present among experts and that many were undecided on this critical issue.
