Research topics included investigations into the optimum size of a loading box for powered trailers, repair and maintenance costs of powered cultivators, improvements to the quality of the v-belt on combine harvesters, improvements in silkworm houses, development of a deep ploughing janggi, a ridger for ginseng production, vacuum type drill for sowing in upland areas, a barley seed drill, fertilizer application for rice transplanters, multipurpose reapers, data acquisition systems for combine performance tests, studies on peanut shellers for seed production and optimum heated air drying methods for red peppers. Brief details of these research projects and some results are included.
