Allocating, monitoring, and evaluating agricultural R&D financial resources to support missions of government agencies

The management of financial resources in four agricultural research organizations in Malaysia is discussed: (1) the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia (RRIM); (2) the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI); (3) the Palm Oil Research Institute of Malaysia (PORIM); and (4) the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM).
