Commercial evaluation of tomato varieties for processing
Four cultivars were assessed for 14 physico-chemical characters, and the data are tabulated. Fruit size was greatest in Punjab Kesri, locule number and acidity in S-12, pericarp thickness in Punjab Chhuhara, and TSS and TSS:acid ratio in Roma.
