The marked, widespread and persistent increase in the demand for culture in Italy conceals a complexity in society, characterized by evident requirements in civil life for integration, communication, or for greater subjectivity between the individual and collective ingredients. In that respect, the peculiarities of the 'market' for culture can be found in several key factors of community life.
