A tvorog product based on the humanized milk Vitalakt is obtained by incubating pasteurized cows' milk for 2 h with a bacterial starter, adding rennet and sodium citrate, cutting the resultant curd, removing the whey, dissolving dried humanizing additives, dextrin-maltose and ascorbic acid in the whey, with addition of vitamin A in sunflower oil, and finally mixing the various additives with the curd.
