Dynamic and quasi-static rice moisture models using humidity sensors

Temp. and humidity sensors were used for continuous measurement of rice m.c. during drying and storage. A dynamic moisture model was developed to predict rice m.c. during drying using voltage output from the sensors. A quasi-static equilibrium m.c. model was developd to predict the m.c. of stored rough rice based on static equilibrium m.c. models.
