Effect of seed treatment with fungicides and insecticides on the seedling vigour



Madras Agricultural Journal 75(3): 166-169



Effects of treating pearl millet seeds with fungicides (carbendazim and/or thiram) and/or insecticides (HCH, malathion or activated kaolin) on seedling vigour were studied. Seed treatments had no significant effect on vigour index values based on DM and percentage germination (PG) and root length.
