Either ZnSO4 or FeSO4 was applied via the soil or foliage to the Pusa Red. All plots received a basal NPK dose at 60:60:30 kg/ha. Data are tabulated on bulb TSS, ascorbic acid, pyruvic acid, total and reducing sugar, and sulphur contents.
