For E. crus-galli from either Quebec (cold-adapted) or Mississippi (warm-adapted) acclimated to either 28/22 degrees C or 21/15 degrees and grown at CO2 concn of 350 or 675 micro l, the apparent activation energy (Ea) values of NADP+-malate dehydrogenase (MADP+-MDH) were lower in the Quebec than in the Mississippi ecotype.
