This thesis examines whether an immunological protection could be induced against non-immunologically effective mycotoxins by using T-2 toxin and diacetoxyscirpenol (DAS). The results of the different methods of active immunization and restimulation were tested in vitro by indirect and direct ELISA and in vivo by application of the corresponding toxins to the animals.
