Examinations on the possibility of immunization against trichothecenes by diacetoxyscirpenol

Examinations on the possibility of immunization against trichothecenes by diacetoxyscirpenol

Untersuchungen zur Moglichkeit der aktiven und passiven Immunisierung gegen Trichothecene am Beispiel von Diacetoxyscirpenol: 80

This thesis investigates the possibility of immunization against trichothecenes using diacetoxyscirpenol. The result of antigen (DAS-hemiglutarate-human serum albumin) administration was tested in vitro by ELISA and in vivo by oral DAS-challenge of the animals. Toxic values were determined for oral as well as for intravenous challenges.
