International financial markets and agricultural trade: 160-213



Recent Australian experience and economic research in the area of exchange rates, interest rates and agriculture are reviewed. In section 2, recent macroeconomic developments in Australia are reviewed briefly, particularly with respect to exchange rates and interest rates and the associated issues of the current account balance, the terms of trade and foreign debt levels.
