A note on the E. German WT 2 tree-planter, a tractor-mounted machine for replanting felled areas. The machine is fed by 2 operators, and the mean rate of work is 0.9-1.4 ha per shift, with a plant spacing of 2x1.1 m on level ground or slopes up to 5 degrees.
