Experimental evaluation of a titration method in non-inbred mice used for determining the quantitative level of rickettsiae in ixodid ticks

Experimental evaluation of a titration method in non-inbred mice used for determining the quantitative level of rickettsiae in ixodid ticks

Meditsinskaya Parazitologiya i Parazitarnye Bolezni (3): 13-16

The reliability of the titration method used for the quantitative assessment of levels of Rickettsia sibirica in individuals of Ornithodoros papillipes that had received a known dose of the bacterium, was assessed in relation to antibody titres in non-inbred mice.
